Objectives of this free training include:
- Understanding the psychological and neurobiological processes driving neuroplastic pain.
- Distinguishing between neuroplastic and structural pain.
- Learning the key principles of Somatic Tracking – a guided exercise combining mindfulness, safety reappraisal, and positive affect induction.
